New Geng: Ipin & Fizah

Friday, November 13th, 2009

I’m really gonna make this short. Sorry Ipin. I’m a bit exhausted.

Got myself a new ‘job’. ‘Applied’ for the post 9 months ago, and alhamdulillah, my application di’approve’ on the 4th November 2009 at 6:26am. Gonna keep this job till the rest of my life. InsyaAllah.

Ipin must be feeling really lucky. Or else, I won’t be able to shoot his wedding. He planned his wedding really well. We met up for a quick discussion on the flow of his wedding, where to shoot, who to shoot, what to shoot and so on. One of many of my clients yang menitik beratkan in investing good money in photography rather than something else. GOOD. Wish there will be more wedding couples like you.

I think I should charge you more, because it takes a lot of  ’skill’ to make him smile, unlike his other half, gelak manjang. Which is good.

Like I said, I really have to make this short. To the KANITA staff members, enjoy the pics. Apology from me for taking too long to upload. A bit occupied with my new ‘job’. Was resting on my sofa when suddenly I realized that before Ipin makes a report to the Consumer Association of Penang, I better start uploading. Hahahahahaha.

Enjoy.

Ol’ Memories

Monday, November 9th, 2009

This post definitely brings back old times. Haidar’s reception was held at Kampung Dodol, the place where I used to visit quite oftenly when I was a kid. That time, my grandma was still around and during weekends, she would go there for a weekend overnight stay.

I can remember much about what I did there. But when my mom told me that I would chase a chicken around the whole village, it was kinda hard to believe. But maybe it is true. That was the only place that I would encounter with a chicken. Not to say that I live in a modern city, but at my place back then, the only chicken I saw was nude chicken at the market and Kentucky Fried Chickens. So to see a real live one was really different. And also, it was the place where I saw a goat, and I started screaming to me my mom that I saw a …..  well, let’s just leave it blank shall we, cause everytime my mom would tell me the story, I feel so stupid. I was 2 at that time, so fill the blank with an animal that may look like a goat.

The place is now being occupied by someone else now. And Haidar’s house is just a stone throw away.

This is the last entry for Haidar & Syuhadah. Wait for your album kay. And thank you so much for helping me that day.

Pusat Aduan

Monday, November 2nd, 2009

I received a complaint last night. She asked why I didn’t update my blog. Huhuhuhu. Maybe things are a bit slow lately.  So, here’s an update.

I shot Haidar & Syuhadah’s reception 2 weeks ago. Sweet couple. Things are really easy when you get a good coorporative couple. They will do as you say.

The highlight for the event would be the ‘free’ ride that the trishaw peddler gave us. Haidar and Syuhadah just sat that for a few snaps, and I think the ah pek was giving me some signals, maybe for some tip I guess. Was thinking weather I should pay him or not for the pics. I think it’s fair for me not paying him. First of all, it was he that offered to sit on his trishaw. Secondly, while they were sitting, the trishaw didn’t move even a centimeter, therefore, he burn at least 0.0000000001 kJ of energy and lastly, the ah pek gets to be on my website for free. Whoahahahaha.

Enjoy.

Just another one pic per entry. Sorry. You can click HERE for more pictures.
